Burger Seasoning

Idea

  • Place 500g of good quality Beef or Pork mince in mixing bowl

  • Add 1 sachet of Pinkywinks burger seasoning

  • Add 1 finely chopped red onion

  • Mix together, leave in bowl, cover and stand in fridge for at least 1 hour

  • Remove from fridge and divide mine into 8 equal portions.

  • Use your hands to squeeze and shape into patties

  • Sauté in a pan until caramelised on each side and finish cooking in oven

  • Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving

Our blend works perfectly with Emmental cheese, baby gem lettuce and mayo
