Chicken Herb Seasoning

Idea

Using fresh chicken breast. Sprinkle Pinkywinks chicken herbs seasoning over the top prior to roasting.
Baste with fresh butter whilst cooking to create a full flavoured glazed breast
Leave chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Perfectly accompanied by baby new potatoes and freshly dressed mixed leaves
