Fajita Spice Blend

The origin of fajita spice blend can be traced back to the Mexican ranch workers in Texas who grilled skirt steak, known as "faja" or "belt" cut. Traditional fajitas relied on simple salt and chili, but modern blends often include garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika for added flavor. The modern American version of fajitas began in 1969 at a Texan restaurant in the Rio Grande Valley, where the tradition of serving fajitas on a platter was established.

Idea

Add spice blend to chicken, sweet peppers, onions to create a perfect filling for wraps. Serve with sour cream, sliced chillies and guacamole

Filling can be sauteed or oven baked
