Italian Herb Seasoning

Idea
-
Using fresh rack of lamb. Rub in Pinkywinks Italian herb seasoning and leave to marenade for around 2 hours in fridge
-
Sear in hot pan and baste with butter. Finish cooking in oven removing when lamb is cooked but still pink in the middle (Around 63 degrees)
-
Leave to rest for around 10 minutes and serve with roasted root vegetables
